Property management

The Pinelli Group offers exquisitely refurbished properties that are sold on a fractional ownership basis where each share purchased equals one share of a UK registered company – which in turn owns the property. Each of the deeded shares come with a set number of weeks’ exclusive usage (usually 4 or 5 weeks) of the property per year, providing the upsides of ownership minus the year-round cost of maintaining it, or the worries that go with this, by sharing the annual running costs and property management services between all owners.

Your house team

The Estate’s management team takes care of every detail associated with the smooth running of your vacation home so that you can turn up and simply relax. Behind the scenes, the team will oversee the property’s services and utilities, upkeep, and maintenance, including the gardening and estate management of olive groves and vineyards, pool maintenance, and general care and maintenance. You will be greeted upon arrival with freshly-laundered bed linen and towels with weekly laundry available during your stay. Should you wish to rent any time you don’t intend to use, then the team will be happy to oblige, managing the rentals on your behalf.

The personal touch

Make your vacation home a true home-from-home every time you visit by personalizing your property. Whether it’s your favorite artwork, ornament, or family pictures that add to the ambiance of your space then rest assured that the estate management will make certain that they will be in situ upon your arrival and carefully placed in the on-site storage after your departure.
